Research On The Protection System Of Internet Financial Investors' Rights And Interests

Since 2013,with the balance of treasure and other services platform formally launched,the rapid development of Internet banking in China,has made remarkable achievements.In just a few years time,Internet banking has become one of the most hot topics in the daily economic activities.This paper based on the Internet in the financial review,China's history of the development of the proposed trace to its source,we use daily Internet banking almost all and the use of Internet technology funds engaged in economic activities,and through further study of industry,academia,the official of the "Internet banking",this paper puts forward the concept of Internet banking.For Internet financial investors,the first need to clarify the concept of financial investors and consumers.In this paper,through the analysis of the difference and connection between the two,the Internet financial consumer is essentially investors,but can be on the protection of consumers,to introduce financial investors,but the need to separate laws or amendments to the consumer protection law.However,because of the Internet banking in China's historical development is short,the system is in the initial stage of exploration,most of the administrative rules and regulations in the "interim",the "pilot" stage,there are still some defects and problems,specific to the investor protection system of Internet banking,mainly in legislation,industry self-regulation,superior rights channels exist certain problems.China's Internet financial investor protection system needs to be constantly improved in theory and practice.This paper is divided into four sections:In the first part,introduce the background,research purpose,significance,domestic and foreign research status of Internet banking at the present stage of China's Internet banking.The second part is the Internet financial investor protection overview,including the development of Internet banking in China,the concept of Internet banking,Internet financial investors the status and necessity of perfecting the system of investor protectionThe third part is the current situation and problems of Internet financial investor protection system in china.Mainly introduce the characteristics and problems of the present stage of our country Internet financial investor protection system and the protection system of the Internet financial investors from supervision,investors,financial consumers,financial crime prevention perspectiveThe fourth part is the improvement of the protection system of Internet financial investors in china.In order to effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors,the author proposes that the principle of protection of the interests of investors should be established in the Internet financial laws and regulations.At the same time,the relevant legal system of foreign countries to take its essence,to its dregs,and improve the system of financial supervision and the Internet in the improvement of the Internet financial enterprises access system,improve the regulatory system,standardize enterprise behavior,prevention of Internet financial crime,and by improving the industry self-discipline system,broaden the Internet financial investors rights channels,to establish and improve China's Internet the financial system of investor protection.
