Research Turning Board Listing System Of National Equities Exchange And Quotations

National Equities Exchange and Quotations(NEEQ)is the most special part in Chinese capitalist market.Since NEEQ expansion to the whole country,it shows the rapid growth.What's more,its growth trend is still very fast.The 18 th National Congress of the CPC has emphasized the development of the multilevel capital market system which indicates reform and development of the capital market.It is important to change factor input type into innovation-type development.The mature multi-level capital market needs Turning Board Listing System.However,our existing capital market lacks of transferring route.NEEQ connects the OTC market and the internal market.By this way,the construction of NEEQ transferring system not only plays an important role to promote for NEEQ and the main board market,but also boost the multi-level capital market development.After analyzing the conditions of the capital market and the comparison of the transferring route overseas,the author gives reasonable suggestions on the construction of the transferring route in China.There are four parts in this dissertation.The first part is “General theory of NEEQ.It is the general introduction about the transfer route of NEEQ.It emphasizes on the importance and realistic basis of developing the transferring route because the development conditions have matured in Chinese Capitalism market.The second part is the analysis of building NEEQ in China.It will analyze the barriers of constructing particularly from the legislative level and practice reason.The third part is reference from the oversea capitalistic market.According to the analysis from the second part and implementation from the author takes examples from America,British,Japan and Taiwan to provide the application to Chinese's NEEQ.The forth part is the construction of NEEQ.Based on the barrier from the second part and the application from other countries,the author gives three solutions to Chinese market,which includes the separation of the listing system and the distribution system,establishment of detailed regulations and the establishment and improvement of the supporting system.
