A Study On The Public Satisfaction Of Governmental Basic Public Service

The Eighth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward that the well-off society is a welloff society for all people to share with the concept of sharing and lead the development of public services.We must shorten the gap between urban and rural areas of public services,regional disparities,gap between the populations and comprehensively improve the co-construction capacity and sharing level of public services so that the broad masses of people can have more happiness and unity Comprehensive well-off society.Therefore,we need to pay attention to the public satisfaction in the public service of government;the public satisfaction of the basic public services is a measure of the level of government basic public service level one of the important criteria.In view of this,based on the basic public service survey data of China's comprehensive social survey in 2013,this paper discusses the status quo and influencing factors of public satisfaction of government basic public service,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of public service.Public satisfaction research on government public service has incomparable practice significance to improve the quantity and quality of public services,promote the equalization of public services and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,based on Oliver's expectation difference model and Hyde's attribution theory,through the questionnaire survey and interview method to collect data,,using the Excel and SPSS statistical software to apply the public satisfaction status and influencing factors of government basic public service Descriptive analysis,typical correlation and multiple regression analysis and other methods to analyze,and on the basis of the results of the analysis and interpretation.The study shows that the currentlevel of basic public service is still to be improved;The public expectation and basic perception of the basic public service of the government have a reverse effect on the public satisfaction of the basic public services;The higher the quality of government basic public services,public to the higher satisfaction;The higher the degree of public education and the annual income of the individual,the higher the expectation of the basic public service of the government,and the lower the satisfaction of the basic public services.Face to the future,needs to gradually establish a long-term mechanism of public service satisfaction assessment;need to improve the service-oriented & people oriented government public service performance evaluation mechanism;need to inspire citizens to build basic public service construction enthusiasm and confidence.
