The Research Of Countermeasures For Transforming Government Function Of China In Network Politics

It has become a new trend to transform government function by resorts to network politics especially in the new phase of “internet plus” in the highly developed information society.The thesis,by means of literature review,empirical study and comprehensive analysis,analyses the connotation and function of network politics,government function transformation in China,and develops the relationship of network politics and government function transformation.It probes to countermeasures for transforming government function in China in network politics,and finally analyzes efficient accesses to aid government function transformation in three points: optimization of network politics environment,construction of network politics platform,support and drive of network politics.The thesis holds that it is the depth-in reform to accelerate government function transformation with the assistance of network politics.Therefore,it shall avoid network politics risks by bettering system construction and tackling technology problem;the government has much too intervened the macroeconomic operation,which depresses economy vigor and results in highly administrative cost and serious corruption,and thus,it is pivotal to solve the problems by transforming government function.Hence,it will be confronted with more difficulties and challenges for government function transformation under the condition of network politics.
