The Procurator Credibility Assessment Index System And Its Optimization

The evaluation of the credibility as a quantitative theory of practical activities,can be more intuitive and more rational evaluation of the existing judicial credibility.In practice,the use of quantitative evaluation system,the establishment of an evaluation model and data,and thus to achieve the results of the study,which is a big step in China's judicial reform.The eighteen party put forward to strengthen the construction of China's judicial credibility,improve the level of China's judicial credibility,the real realization of "let the people in every case in the sense of fairness and justice".With the development of judicial reform in our country,the evaluation of public trust in procurator work has been paid more and more attention as an important aspect.The procurator organs as part of the judicial reform,based on the most important point is its credibility,which is the necessity of the existence of the problem.With the development of economy and culture in our country,the procurator work has been adjusted in order to pursue the unity of social effect,political effect and legal effect.Under the background of judicial reform,the evaluation of public trust of procurator work is the connection point between the procurator work and the masses of the people.It is also the ultimate purpose of procurator work.Nowadays,the development of public credibility of procurator organs is in a state of being not quantified or quantified,and is not accurate.As a result,it is necessary to build up the system of the credibility index of public prosecution.In this paper,the author discusses the optimization of index system from five aspects,including the weight of subject participation,scientific design,index of law enforcement appraisal system,reference index system of practical and scientific design index.Centering on the problem of the construction of the evaluation index system of public trust in our country,we should sort out and sublimate it,in order to build a force for the evaluation index system of public trust in our country.The overall structure of this paper includes four parts,namely,introduction,the evaluation index system of public trust,the construction of the evaluation index system of public trust,the problem and optimization of the system of public trust index.The first part is introduction.There is three parts: background and significance of the topic,research status at China and abroad,and the research methods and innovation.To assess the credibility of prosecution,in the background of China's judicial reform under this article,select the three level index system of the Supreme People's Procurator formulated the project team to study,and learn from foreign research experience.The use of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,research methods and literature,through the construction of index system of China's procurator credibility analysis,and the problems through the investigation to a comprehensive literature to study the true master.The second part is the overview of credibility evaluation index system of procurator writing assessment,to a certain extent is the deep excavation of the credibility of prosecution,is the credibility of prosecution in a quantitative way to show in front of people,in order to promote the fair of procurator work.This article begins with the definition of the credibility of the procurator work,what is the credibility of the prosecution,what are the characteristics,and how to evaluate.Starting from the characteristics and evaluation methods of the public trust evaluation,this paper points out the characteristics and functions of the public trust index system.The third part is the construction of evaluation index system.Firstly,the necessity of setting up the index system is put forward.And it is pointed out that the current prosecutor credibility evaluation basic approach to the construction of the index system,including the system,feasibility,generality and simplicity of the scientific rationality of refining the construction principle in handling the quality as the core,the investigators as the main object,with Chinese characteristics of the third party evaluation for the construction standard,construction of macro content and index system.In the construction of the existing index system and relevant index scholars for the views of the construction are analyzed,which lays the basis for the problems and optimization of index system of the evaluation of the credibility of prosecution in the fourth part of the writing.The fourth part is about the problem and optimization of the system of public trust index.Analysis of the existing index system of the problems from the perspective of rational index system,including setting the credibility evaluation indexes of subjectivity,the index content is limited,index system of internal and external mechanisms and the influence of the received index according to the standard system construction,set the index weight is not perfect.Aiming at these problems,this paper makes a further exploration on the further optimization of the public trust index system.The in-depth understanding of the credibility of procurator work must be based on clarifying the connotation of the credibility of public prosecution.In the assessment of the credibility of the prosecution,the scientific construction of the index system is the key to ensure the effectiveness of the final results.And how to further optimize the index system is the most important in the construction of the current index system.Scientific and effective index system can further enhance the credibility of the prosecution,accelerate the construction of China's procurator credibility.In the assessment of the credibility of China's procurator system,we should draw on the successful experience of local parts,and from the direction of judicial reform,fully consider the trend of the judicial system itself,the national policy and the interests of society,in order to achieve the purpose of China's judicial reform,strengthen the public trust for the procurator system.
