Family Trait refers to living habits and the attitude of the whole generation,it is the spirituality and the moral behavior get from the long-term commitment to family precepts and practicing rules from generation to generation.For individuals,family trait is melted in the blood,in the bones,it is the criterion of the behave,is the demeanor of deal with affairs;For countries,family trait is the foundation of ethics,morals and social,but also the important guarantee of social stability and development.On 18 th Oct,2015,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)issued the "Code of Integrity and Self-discipline of the Communist Party of China",which was the first rules and regulations since the ruling of the Communist Party of China to regulate the behavior of all party members from the point of view of integrity and self-discipline,in article 8 of the rules is "To set an example and establish a good family trait with integrity",which embody the comprehensive result of practice that governing the party strictly,it is a compulsory course for Party members and leading cadres to establish a good family trait.It can be said that the importance of family and stressed family tradition is the significant theoretical basis which runs through Xi Jinping's political thought.On 12 th January,2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,and proposed that the construction of the working style should be back to the nature,and that the traditional culture should be carried forward while strengthening the Party spirit.He stressed: "Family Trait construction should be taken as the first priority,honest and clean self-cultivation,being the management of their own behavior,at the same time,strictly demands on spouses,children and staff around."Therefore,today in the development of socialism we bring up again Chairman Mao's family trait construction ideology,on the one hand is to further promote the traditional Chinese virtues,re-call the family's return and rebuild the fragmented family culture,so that the family trait plays a positive role in the contemporary society;On the other hand,under the exemplary and leading role of Party members and cadres,to promote the formation of better Party style,political style,folk customs and social atmosphere.Only to pay attention to family building,so that we can ensure the harmony of the family,so as to further ensure the progress of social civilization,the development and prosperity of the Chinese nation.
