Research On Liu Shaoqi's Thought Of Cadre Education In Yan-an Period

The Communist Patry of China has always attached importance to the education of cadres and placed it in a strategic and fundamental position,according to the specific political and historical tasks of the changes,the implementation of the cadre education work,and vigorously promote the party's cause of continuous development.During the Yanan period,Liu Shaoqi formed a scientific system of cadre education thought.This idea has shone the light of truth,become the spiritual wealth.The author believes that the research on this subject is not only of Liu Shaoji in Yanan during the period of review and commemorate the revolution and construction of the party's contributions,and it has important theoretical value and practical significance for us to train cadres in the new era.This paper mainly includes four parts:The first part explores the conditions of this thought.It includes basic theory,background and Liu Shaoqi's personal subjective conditions.The second part summarizes the content system of Liu Shaoqi's cadre education thought in Yanan period.This part expounds the important significance of cadre education from the theoretical level,and further discusses the main content,and explores the effective methods.The third part summarizes the characteristics of this thought.The basic formation conditions and main contents of the research,from the focus of cadre education object,thinking features,language features and other aspects of their originality.The forth part reveals the historical significance and realistic enlightenment of the thought.Firstly,it has enriched Mao Zedong's Thought on education of cadres,promoted the process of Marx's nationalism and popularization,and strengthened the party's construction in Yanan period.Secondly,studing the problem,improving the cadre education to pay more attention to the new period,the positioning key content,explore the method has profound enlightenment.
