Studies On The Rule Of Law In China's Government Governance

The rule of law in government governance is developed under the condition of market economy.If there is no market economy,there is no rule of law.The eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed the innovation of social governance in the Third Plenary Session,the rule of law in China's government has been put on the agenda.The purpose of the rule of law in China's Government Governance is to build a government ruled by law,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens,build a "strong government,big society" structure mode,improving governance,promote national rich,strong and prosperous,ensuring the harmonious development of the society.But there are still many problems in the rule of law in government governance: The degree of the rule of law in china's government governance is not high;The lack of regulation of administrative power;The level of rule of law in e-government network is not high;The supervision of administrative power is not perfect in government administration.We can be improved from the following aspects: Achieve modernization in government governance idea;Achieve modernization in Government governance function;Promoting China's modernization of governance;Achieve the rule of law in Government supervision mechanism.This thesis consists of three parts.The first part is the theoretical interpretation of the rule of law in China‘s Government Governance,summarizes theory and viewpoint of the rule of law in China‘s Government Governance,makes a detailed analysis of the concept,characteristics,functions and elements of the rule of law in China‘s Government Governance.The second part studies the present situation and problems of the rule of law in China‘s Government Governance.The degree of the rule of law in china's government governance is not high.The lack of regulation of administrative power;The level of rule of law in e-government network is not high;The supervision of administrative power is not perfect in government administration.The third part is the improvement of the rule of law.Thinks should be to achieve the modernization of government governance,to achieve modernization in government governance idea,to achieve modernization in Government governance function,to promoting China's modernization of governance,to achieve the rule of law in Government supervision mechanism.
