Forced removal has always been a hot topic of society and a high degree of public concern. In the course of the implementation of the pastlaw enforcement, the identification of the demolition of the object, simple and brutal law enforcement, random simplification of the demolition process, the powers and responsibilities of the implementation of the main body to force the demolition have caused public opinion,so that the public pay attention to what mentioned above. This paper starts from the Administrative Compulsory Law to study the role of the law after the implementation to solve the problem of demolitions, which fully affirmed its legal basis and positive effects of the executive authorities to protect the interests of the relative rights. But the actual situation is that after the implementation of the Administrative Enforcement Law,we are still faced with many problems for example, the confused definition and determination of illegal construction, the lack of clear law enforcement, the low efficiency of demolition, the blurry actuators of forced demolition and the lack of channels ofrelative rights relief. If we didn't solve these problems above,we will not solve the chaos and the problem of demolition.Based on the above-mentioned problems, this paper tries to solve the problem from the scientifically perspective by defining the object and subject of demolition, realizing procedural justice, strengthening relative parties' rights and interests. The author puts forward some suggestions about the problems mentioned above so as to optimize the exercise of administrative public power, perfect the implementation mechanism of compulsory demolition and achieve the goal of harmonious and effective governance.
