The Study On The Evolution Of "Gu" Crime

Sorcery is a primitive human survival based on the need for spontaneous formation,the use of supernatural ability to achieve its willingness to a spell,It is a mysterious topic since ancient times.With the secular development of sorcery,witchcraft,which as one of the black sorcery also entered the stage of ancient political history.The chaos of the great social unrest and the ruling order caused by the "witchcraft" in the Western Han Dynasty caused the ruler to pay great attention to the crime of this type,and because of witchcraft can kill the concept of history for this left to take the trend of heavy control.The main study of this article is the origin of gu crime and it's development of history,trying to analyze the reasons for its change,and the provisions of the ancient gu crime,and the actual occurrence of crime cases.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction part,mainly introduces the origin of the research question,summarizes the recent research status on the " gu" and "gu crime" problem at home and abroad,to illustrate the uniqueness of this paper.The second part mainly exploring the comprehensive description of the history of "gu" the meaning of the evolution,pointing out that "gu" in our different historical stages are carrying different meanings,thus there are differences in the laws of the different dynasties.The third part summarizing the laws and regulations of the ancient dynasties of gu crime,considering that gu crime in the Han Dynasty is actually witchcraft crime,but since the beginning of the Tang Dynasty,gu crime was divided into two provisions:make and breed gu poison,use witchcraft and curse to kill someone.This part will also analyze the reason for the transformation.The fourth part is the analysis of the constitutive requirements of gu crime,combining the provisions and corresponding dynasties gu crime cases,analyzing the state of gu crime in the judicial operation.The fifth part mainly analyzes the application of punishment of gu crime,and the crime of the actual punishment of the crime by the political crime gradually poison poisoning such a natural crime evolution,it is mainly because the official understanding of folk psychology,for the use of deterrence to prohibit the specific crime.
