With the deepening of the aging population of our country, the people there is an increasing demand for institutional pension services.Due to institutional pension service itself is a social welfare services,has the nature of quasi-public goods,both in separately provided by the government and market failure to live up to its utility maximization, therefore, as the private pension institutions in providing orgnaization that folk organizes endowment service is playing an increasingly important role.However,in actual development,private pension institutions themselves need to realize the unity of social benefit and economic benefit, which makes it extremely easily in a market economy in the plight of the poor governance performance, the concrete representation of the facing difficulties for: a shortage of funds,insufficient nursing staff,management risk,etc.,the causes of these difficulties are manifold.Behind these difficulties, and support the development of the private pension institutions still exist and there are a variety of factors,through the author's field investigation interviews, analysis of the factors behind the support of private pension institutions,and governance performance improvement strategies of private pension institutions,is a good way to understand the emergence and development of private pension institutions, as well as the future development direction of private pension institutions and development in our country.This article takes the research method of qualitative research investigation and study object is F city in jiangxi province part of the pension agency managers, nursing staff and the elderly.This paper USES questionnaire investigation, individual interview method,observation statistics and a series of scientific methods, organizations have to governance performance as investigation target, through to the private pension agency questionnaire and interview in the elderly, from organization management, nursing personnel, government multiple perspectives analysis the supply and demand of private pension institutions, and development Suggestions are put forward.Observe the realistic environment of private pension institutions, to understand the predicament of the existing situation of private pension institutions at present and, discovered the private pension agency can still survive in trouble and support the development of source of government support, market demand, the power of private pension institutions themselves,and family support material and spiritual support is still old-age security is the most important factors.For people private pension institutions mainly through questionnaire to measure the satisfaction level,finds out the factors affect their satisfaction,so as to improve the institutional supply; For nursing staff, mainly through individual interviews, to understand their way of workingContent, performance appraisal and work experience, and through optimizing the mode of their performance appraisal and so on to improve the governance performance of private pension institutions; For organization managers, through the interview to understand their plight, by improving the management to improve the supply; For government level, mainly from the improvement of the policies and regulations to help institutions to provide a better service. Finally for the development of private pension institutions provide some directional Suggestions.
