With the development of e-commerce,Third-party Payment has undoubtedly become "new darling" of the 21 st century era.It develops sharply and has the use of large groups.And Third-party Payment plays an integral part among the work,learn and life of people.People can use this platform to complete the recharge,transfer,loan,financial management,living payment,credit card repayment,shopping and other trading activities.The electronic money of the platform can be exchanged to the currency exchange.The development of third-party payment has not only brought great convenience to the lives of people,but also improved the efficiency of people's daily transactions.However,as a new product of society,the criminals like to use their essential lack to break the law.Money laundering is one of the very typical examples.Until now,China has no mature laws and regulations to regulate these money-laundering behaviors.Criminals use these legal blanks to do whatever they want.These behaviors produce corruption and give a very big challenge to the country's management.On the basis of elaborating the nature of the third-party payment,this paper analyzes the difference between the third-party payment of money laundering and the traditional way of money laundering.According to the particularity of the third party payment,this paper shows that there are legislative defects and deficiencies in the crime of money laundering.This paper proposes a comprehensive countermeasure for the third party payment of anti-money laundering legal system,in order to construct a multi-level legislation,tie in with the international anti-money laundering rules,and strengthen our control of online money laundering.
