Investigation And Consideration On The Current Situation Of Police Work Values Cultivation In The New Period

This paper through the empirical study to find the current stage of Luzhou City police work values cultivation problem,on the theoretical basis of Marxist value theory and humanism,use of questionnaire survey,literature research,materialist dialectics and historical materialism analysis methods,based on the Core socialist values of the cultivation and implementation requirements to the police work values on the role and significance of the police career as the starting point,innovation and exploration police 's work values cultivation system.Based on the recognition of the subjective status of the police,this paper tries to find out the internal relations between the police subjectivity and the cultivation of work values,and tries to innovate the research on the cultivation of police work values from the perspective of police subjectivity and explore the theoretical innovation and practice breakthrough of the cultivation of police work values.The main contents and opinions of this paper:First of all,through the definition of the relevant concept of police work values,it is pointed out that under the guidance of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese government and the competent authorities of public security organs,the current social situation and the ideological work of the police,through the external construction and the police themselves To enhance the police's awareness of the work values,identity,internalization,externalization,to build its excellent work values,to complete the national and the times to give the police team's mission.Combined with the Core socialist values of the three advocates,to extract the police career values of the four points,namely,the party,the people,the country,the law of loyalty;good work ethics;adhere to the people;abide by fair and honest.And further elaborated the relationship between the Core socialist values and the police work values,that is,the Core socialist values are the fundamental guiding ideology of the police work values,and its practical application in the police profession formed the police work values.Based on the Marxist value theory and humanistic thought,it Pointing out the full play of the subjectivity of the police individual in the cultivation of work values.Secondly,through the questionnaire,we summarize the current situation of cultivating the professional values of the police in Luzhou in the new period,and find out the existing problems of cultivating the professional values of the police,especially in the methods,contents,subjectivity,related mechanism and Nurturing team.By analyzing the external factors of the society and the internal factors of the police system two reasons,it is pointed out that the negative impact of the development of the market economy,the impact of the diversification of the values,the contradictions and conflicts caused by the differentiation of class interests,the adverse effects of public opinion of the four external factors,and the police department not enough awareness,the police on their own professional identity is not strong,the police professional particularity of the three internal factors together led to the development of police work values of the problem.Finally,it is put forward that it is necessary to construct a perfect Cultivation system of police work values in order to improve the current situation of cultivating the work values of the police and improve the effectiveness of the cultivation of work values.Specifically,it is necessary to clarify the objectives of the police work values,including the fundamental objectives and specific objectives: the fundamental goal is to promote the free and comprehensive development of the police;the specific objective is to clear the police career objective and help the police to form the correct wrok value orientation.At the same time in the cultivation should adhere to the three basic principles: that is,adhere to the Core socialist value orientation principle,adhere to the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,adhere to the principle of theory with practice.On the basis of the objective and principle,it is necessary to improve the external support system and the internal support system to construct the police work value cultivation system,and promote the improvement of the work values of the police by the cooperation of both inside and outside.
