The moment,facing downward pressure on the economy,a large number of enterprises into a difficult situation.Among them,some enterprises can not adapt to the rules of the market economy,through bankruptcy liquidation and other procedures to end the life of the enterprise,which is the natural choice of the market economy,the survival of the fittest,understandable.However,in practice there are some enterprises operating difficulties is reversible,the remedial measures often can make enterprises for machines,can maximize the maintenance of social stability,protect the interests of investors and the realization of the right of creditors.The bankruptcy reorganization is an important system to save the enterprise which is on the verge of bankruptcy.Starting from this line of thought,the author of the work of the A company as the research object,the basic situation of the A company,on the verge of bankruptcy was analyzed.On this basis,the author proceeds to debt repayment scheme of A company may,and starting from A's point of view,using the method of AHP to the debt repayment scheme from the five aspects of the comparative study,finally draw a conclusion:the bankruptcy reorganization plan is A's best debt repayment scheme.These conclusions,the author embarks from the practice,implementation and supervision on bankruptcy reorganization program,bankruptcy reorganization plan,bankruptcy reorganization plan,the negotiation of the bankruptcy reorganization,the reorganization procedure at each stage of the specific operation and precautions are studied,resulting in the formation of A company's bankruptcy reorganization plan.A is just one of many enterprises operating difficulties in the case of different business difficulties have their own specific conditions,can not be generalized.But if through the case analysis,can give a lot of difficulties in business enterprise to provide a way out of the plight of the idea,the author's writing purpose is reached.
