A Study On The Legal Risk Prevention Of Foreign Investment Enterprises In Mongolia

After the 21 stcentury,foreign direct investment in the global development of substantial,in line with this,foreign investment liberalization has gradually in-depth,is expected to become a global investment market.With the international financial and trade system sound,foreign investment liberalization can make the century resources fully and rationally use,in order to achieve the global scope of the optimal production.From the 1990 s,foreign investment in Mongolia rose steadily.The reasons for the increase in foreign direct investment in Mongolia are favored by the international market for rich mineral resources in Mongolia,and on the other hand,the legal framework in which Mongolia is increasingly affected by globalization.By revising and implementing foreign investment laws on Mongolia and supporting foreign direct investment(FDI)measures to create a favorable legal environment,Mongolia has attracted investors from East Asia,North America and Europe,especially in mining,trade and services.China's direct investment in Mongolia has been increasing year by year,and economic cooperation has been gradually strengthened,which has brought great contribution to Mongolia's economic development.At present,China has been Mongolia's largest investment source country,direct investment steadily increased.As a whole,the future will be more and more Chinese enterprises to invest in Mongolia.Of course,due to political,legal and other aspects of imperfect,many Chinese enterprises are facing the risk of investment,need to understand the Mongolian law,political situation,this article from the following three aspects to explore the issue:First,the introduction of foreign direct investment in Mongolia.A brief review of Mongolia's foreign direct investment in the development of investment areas and investment income.And the relevant laws and policies on Mongolian foreign investment.Focusing on the relevant legal framework,system design and related policies in Mongolian foreign investment.The third is to explore the Mongolian foreign direct investment in the relevant legal risks to prevent.
