As "white hair wave" intensified,we are facing increasing pension pressure.To provide the elderly with pension service,which is not just the daily care,cultural life and mental comfort,is asking for more on the elderly demand for medical services.Nowadays,the demand for elderly-bed and medical resources exceeds the supply.Therefore,in order to meet the needs that the elderly is quite eager for high quality of pension and medical service,what we need first is to reform the current institution endowment pattern,fully integrated health and pension resources of society.And then,we can develop and promote “medical-nursing combined” institutional pension mode.Based on the explanation of “medical-nursing combined” institutional pension mode and combined with the example of the different patterns of Changsha City,There are some findings that the “medical-nursing combined” pension institution can provide more timely,effective and considerate pension and medical service.On the other hand,the service provided by the institution is more abundant and professional.However there are also some problems just like “powerful combination” of institutions,high expense and wasting of the resources.That can be ascribed to a lack of top design and resources,which hinder the “medical-nursing combined” pension career.Finally,to solve the problems of research findings,the essay have brought forward some promising advice.That includes making reasonable project,strengthening macro-control,integrating social resources,bringing in talent and managing the employee.Only make fully resources allocation,can we promote positive changes in “medical-nursing combined” project.
