On The Problems And Countermeasures To The Integration Of The Socialist Core Values With CPC Organization-work At The Grass-roots Level

Since the reform and open policy,the economy of China has made remarkable achievements.The government has actively carried out poverty alleviation,substantially reducing China’s poor population.From 1978 to 2010,the poor population was reduced by 660 million,accounting for 93.3% of reduction in the global poor population.But at the same time,we should also notice that China’s poverty problem is still severe and needs to be solved.With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the development of multi dimensions of poverty has increased the complexity of the poverty problem.For social organizations that participate in national poverty alleviation,they have unique advantages such as flexibility,specificity,and accuracy.They can effectively solve these problems which would be hard to solve if relying on the government.At the same time,in the practice of China’s precise poverty alleviation,we realize that the precise poverty alleviation is not only a political task,but also an economic work.It requires not only the government to play a better role,but also social organizations to fully realize their potential.Therefore,social organizations gradually emerge in the participation of poverty alleviation.Since the reform and open policy,the social organizations were involved in various precision poverty alleviation,including industry poverty alleviation,intellectual poverty alleviation,labor poverty alleviation,and support poverty alleviation,etc.For social organizations,in the practice of precise poverty,the way to participate in precise poverty has been more diversified,the scales of participation have been greater,the operation mechanism has been more complete,and the source of funds has been extended.However,we also notice that in the process of poverty alleviation,social organizations still have a series of problems,due to the insufficient resources allocated by the government,the inadequate ability,and the lack of cooperation,etc.In this paper,the author discusses that in the process of precise poverty alleviation,the power of social organizations is still weak,the mechanism of precise poverty alleviation needs perfection,and the sustainability of precise poverty alleviation is not strong enough.Based on these analysis,the author suggests to increase the policy support from the government,consistently improve the professionalism of social organizations in precise poverty alleviation,and strengthenthe cooperation among the participants of precise poverty alleviation.
