With the development of social economy,the continuous extension of science and technology people on the public service,the social order of the increasingly high demand,government agencies take the core functions of public construction and service are also put forward the transformation of government functions,improve work efficiency,the comprehensive construction of a modern service-oriented government requirements,and gradually advancing in all aspects.As an important part of the comprehensive management of government performance evaluation is also in an orderly manner,but the pace of progress is slow.The "civil law" and "civil servant assessment regulations(Trial)" have been introduced to a certain extent for the performance appraisal of civil servants,changed the past situation assessment based on confusion,but the overall general provisions,in the real execution of many units and no refinement and adjustment according to the actual situation.In view of this situation,we use questionnaires and document analysis with G,the County Bureau of justice as the research object,through visits found that the civil servant at the basic level in performance planning,rough performance evaluation method is too single,the assessment index design is not scientific,the main assessment is not professional,performance evaluation.feedback is too simple,the results of the performance evaluation the problem is not sufficient.The main reasons for the above problems are the lack of modern performance management concept,the lack of performance appraisal culture,imperfect performance management system,and the lack of training programs.To solve the existing G County Bureau of justice in performance appraisal problems,should guide the performance plan,from development to carry out targeted performance counseling,refinement of evaluation index system,scientific and rational use of the results of performance feedback,performance evaluation and other aspects of efforts.
