A Study On The Psychological Stress Management Of Food And Drug Administration Grass-root Law Enforcement Officers

With the perfection of Chinese government function and the construction of service-oriented government,people are updating the demands on the government,which means that a group of civil servants have more work pressure than before.Law enforcement officials are at the basic level of civil servants in the structure.On the one hand,they need to follow the requirement of high standard,as the model of citizen.On the other hand,as the basic law enforcement officers,who work in a intensive environment for a long time and face people directly as well as the pressure from daily life.And the large amount of pressure already causes negative influences on their life.Due to the special nature of the public servant work,they often work in a tension state for a long time,when facing of social pressure,and face the public.They work on the long-term and bear the pressure at the same time,while they still face the pressure of life.Psychological pressure has an extremely negative impact on their psychological health,this may cause grass-roots law enforcement body damage,or have an adverse effect on their psychological and mental state,even affect the status of their work.What's worse,the psychological pressure may be in the wrong way to vent in the process of law enforcement,law enforcement officers and directly affect the relationship between the people,while damage the government's image in the government organization.So the research on work stress and pressure source of grassroots civil servants,and starting from the source,to solve the psychological pressure,to avoid the adverse effects caused by pressure,not only has important practical significance for the civil service itself,but also for has important theoretical value and practical significance for the government,thus enhancing the credibility of the government.The food and Drug Supervision Administration is responsible for the of medicines,medical equipment,cosmetics and consumption of food safety supervision and management policies,planning,supervising the implementation.The content of their work is related to the people's life.In this paper,the grass root law enforcement officers of Xi'an food and Drug Administration is chosen as the research object.The author carries on the investigation for this special group of grass-roots civil servants,and the aim is to figure out what work pressure the grass-roots civil servants face and the main source of the pressure,The analysis is served as the basic of the following strategy.By reviewing previous researches,this paper applies a questionnaire survey method and interview method,and in the experiment 50 questionnaires were distributed,50 recovered.The questionnaire results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Combined with the interview results and questionnaire analysis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the stress of law enforcement officers of Xi'an food the drug administration.They generally have psychological pressure in different degrees,the main source of work stress,life stress,social stress and self stress.On this basis,combined with the knowledge of management,the author puts forward the measurement of psychological stress management.
