Research On Political Ecological Development In The Perspective Of Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline

“Natural ecology will be clean and pure,political ecology,too.”Xi Jinping,Chinese General Secretary,has stressed it on many occasions that strengthening the construction of the party needs a favorable political environment,namely,a healthy political ecology.Political Ecology uses methods derived from Ecology to explain political development problems,possessing the characteristics of both Political Science and Ecology.Systematic and comprehensive thinking are two principles in the governance and reconstruction of political ecology.Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline,which integrates the two principles,is a great initiative in managing party.Comprehensively Strengthening Party Discipline is necessary to ensure a good political ecology,and the latter is the inevitable result of the former.In the new historical conditions,our party faces “Four Tests” in long-term governance,reform and opening up,the market economy,and the external environment,and “Four dangers” in the spiritual slack,capacity deficiency,separation from the masses,and corruption.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has proposed a series of party management policy,and the political ecology construction overall appears a good trend.But some issues are still intractable,including ideals and beliefs wavering,nepotism,corrupted political life and etc.The reasons of these problems are the lack of value standard influenced by feudal thoughts,the shortage of power restriction caused by system leaks,the lack of outside-party supervision owing to the imperfect political consultative democracy.Party Management experience comes down in one continuous line,and the experience in the past to construct a good political environment provides our party valuable references for the current.The “System Identity”and “Interests Identity” firm lofty ideals and beliefs;the creation of three fine styles,work style of“be practical and realistic” and the good family tradition maintains the vitality of the party;the establishment of “Three-Three Systems”,democratic centralism and the socialist political system with Chinese characteristic innovates the democratic regime form;the improvement of discipline supervision system and the cultivation a good social atmosphere have become important experience of the party to build a good political environment.Under the perspective of comprehensively strengthening party discipline,the governance and reconstruction of political ecology need scientifically combine the party's governance experience with the current situation.Therefore,there are five aspects: firm the ideals and beliefs of Party members and cadres to complement the "calcium" in the spirit of the Communist Party;strengthen the system construction to enhance the system safeguard;put the power into the “the cage” of system;strengthen the organization construction and the solid foundation of Party construction,and achieve a good political life within the party;strengthen the work style construction to increase the party's vitality,and comprehensively restrain“Four Corruptions”;strengthen the anti-corruption construction to achieve political integrity.Only when the unremitting efforts made in the whole party,can it be realized to keep a righteous and honest political environment,and a “clean and pure” political ecology.
