Spatio-temporal Distribution Characteristics Of Urban Management Cases

Rapid economic development needs orderly city.City Public Security Management le-gal regulations are issued in order to maintain social stability,safeguard the interests of citi-zens and ensure the normal operation of the city.However,the low penalties of the urban management cases makes the legal regulations inefficient.As a result,contradiction between the city manager and city lead producers increasingly acute.Since the on-line Digital City Management platform,the number of urban management cases in Suzhou industrial Park has been rising.At the same time,with the rapid economic development of the park,more and more heat into the park.Urban management situation is getting grim.From the perspective of urban management cases,this paper analyzes urban distribution in time and space to provide new ideas for solving urban management problems.In order to improve the inspection and disposition efficiency staff and to prevent and control the cases in advance,the STSNN algorithm was used to detect hotspots of urban management cases,then use the spatio-temporal weighted regression model to analyze the relationship between high incidence of cases and urban land layout with the result of STSNN algorithm.Finally,study genetic mechanism of high incidence of cases.Research is divided into the following:1)The research of spatio-temporal distribution of the case methodThe data of urban management cases have clear spatial and time information,and the spatio-temporal distribution of cases has a strong association with social factors,environ-mental processes,the flow of people,and geographical distribution.From the perspective of the distribution of hotspots and the causes of high incidence,the using of spatio-temporal clustering and weighted regression model to analyze spatio-temporal distribution of urban management cases.2)The hotspots detection of urban management casesIn this paper,the hotspots distribution of urban management cases has been researched with STSNN.The STSNN algorithm using shared nearest neighbor method can find hotspots with different densities,which is conducive to accurate analysis of cases spatio-temporal characteristics.It was found that the cases not only have obvious hierarchical clustering fea-tures,but has great relevance with urban layout.3)Spatio-Temporal weighted regression analysis of urban management casesThis paper constructs a spatio-temporal weighted regression model to analyze the rela-tionship between the cases high incidence and urban land layout.Taking into account the local time and space affection,the model uses the minimum CV optimization strategies to calculate the optimal spatio-temporal bandwidth.The result of model can estimate and ex-plain the relationship of urban layout and urban management cases.In a word,it was found that urban layout and time have great influence on the distribu-tion of hotspots and the causes of high incidence.Different time,urban layout and different types of landuse is the cause of high incidence of cases in the study area.Identifying these patterns and causes for effective management of urban governance and improve the security of the city has a great role and significance.
