As to the progress of medical technology and medical training of skilled doctors will have a lack of support.This article combed some literature research of body donation and the current situation of body donation work in Beijing, China. And through interview and questionnaire investigation method to analysis the present problems existing in the body donation work in Beijing, including:body donation system aging, slow legislation, lack of propaganda popularization work, body donation process complex, too little body donation channel setting, lack of professional personnel, lack of basic humanistic care. And in view of the problems of body donation work,analyzing them deeply. Finally, it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on solving the problem of body donation, including the perfect body donation system, reasonable planning body donation process,strengthen the body donation publicity and popularization of scientific knowledge, enhance the social recognition of body donation, and so on.Hope through this research, some department can realize the importance of body donation, and all sectors of society can draw attention to the problems of body donation. Thus we can promote legal process,optimize the process, promote the health development, all in body donation. Beijing as the capital of the country, should be a leading role in every area as well as in body donation. The valuable experience accumulated from the process of the improvement of body donation system, also can be used in other provinces and cities. So as to promote the sustainable development of the national body donation cause.
