Study On The Family Investigator System

Since the Supreme People's court has decided to carry out family trial mode and working mechanism reform,many pilot courts have the practical exploration from many aspects to make the family trial more professionalized.One of the highlights is the introduction of family investigator system.Investigators make great contribution in promoting the quality of family trial.By far,there are some differences of all pilot courts to family investigator system and there is still not relatively perfect one.Hence,there are the inconsistent basic process of family investigator and messy practical application these issues.To improve the profession of family trail and be combined with the specific national situation of our country,the paper tries to explore and study the definition and current situation of the household investigation system of family investigator with the reference of good experience at home and abroad.Some advices to improve the family investigator system are suggested.Firstly,improve the legislation to make up the law evidence.Then,confirm the principle of family investigator system.Furthermore,improve the design of basic process of family investigator system and the profession quality of investigator.Finally,build up the special regulation of family investigator system and clarify the nature of investigation report.Therefore,family trail could be more scientific and professional to achieve the target of harmonious family and stable society.
