However,the processing of "zombie enterprises" requires a sound system of improvement,especially the system of bankruptcy reorganization of "Miaoshouhuichun",and its core is the manager system.In the process of reorganization,the manager's duties must ensure that the rights of creditors are not infringed by the debtor's reasons,to help the reorganization of enterprises to carry out normal business activities,as soon as possible to restore vitality,out of bankruptcy on the verge of state.At the same time,increasingly cumbersome and complex reorganization of the program on the professional requirements of the increasingly high,and become an inevitable trend.However,China's current bankruptcy and reorganization of the administrator system is increasingly unable to meet the needs of today's corporate bankruptcy restructuring,especially the new Internet companies.In this paper,it is found that the use of the US DIP model to build the relevant bankruptcy reorganization manager system is of great significance to the bankruptcy and reorganization of Internet enterprises in China.Therefore,this paper focuses on the US DIP model to study and put forward the construction of China's Internet bankruptcy reorganization manager System relatedrecommendations.This paper will start from the characteristics of Internet enterprises,study the requirements of bankruptcy and reorganization of Internet enterprises,and then analyze the shortcomings of China's bankruptcy and reorganization manager system.Finally,through the comparative analysis and reference to the US DIP model,how to build China's Internet business bankruptcy Reorganization of the manager's system to make their own recommendations.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper is divided into three parts to study and demonstrate.The second part summarizes the operating mechanism,the present situation and the defects of the American DIP mode through the further study of the American DIP model.The third part puts forward the research on the current situation and the defects of the Internet.The bankruptcy reorganization system of Internet enterprises draws on the necessity of American DIP model and puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the relevant system of bankers in China's bankruptcy and reorganization.
