Research On Tv Media Practice Of The Party's Mass Line Innovation Form

"Everything for the masses,all relies on the masses" and "From the masses,to the masses" is Chinese communist party's fundamental,political,organizing and working line.It is also the party's leadership's style and working methodology.Under the new period of historical mission and responsibilities,the mass line is also the TV media's important guiding theory and action to complete the propaganda work.TV media as a link between the party,the government and the masses,has natural advantages which has a mature and stable audience object,close to the people and their lives and has become the Chinese citizens' important channel to exercise their rights to know,to participate,to express and to supervise.Under the new scenario,in order to strengthen the TV media responsibility and to improve the public service value,it is necessary to strengthen the innovation and actively implementation of the party's mass line."Our round table" is Hangzhou television media's successful experience of building an interactive platform of communication between the party committee,the government and the citizens.It is where the Hangzhou government collects public opinion,listens to the people,and the mass truly understands the meanings of policy."Our round table" is actually the TV media's practicing the innovation of the party's mass line form under the new situation.In our thesis,guided by the theory of the mass line,used dialectical materialism and historical materialism method,case analysis,interdisciplinary research,based on the concrete practice,we selected "Our round table" as a case study,through anatomizing the basic requirement and effective practice of the television media,practicing the mass line,exploring the innovation direction from the innovation form that TV media practicing the party's mass line,giving the reference to promote the development of TV media and enriching the party's mass line provision.
