The four major professional sports leagues'(hereinafter referred to National Basketball Association as the NBA,referred to National Football League as the NFL,referred to Major League Baseball as the MLB,referred toNational Hockey League as the NHL)salary dispute settlement system is advanced around the world.And according to the different background and salary dispute they met,respectively formed a distinctive salary dispute resolution,such as the MLB formed the Final-Offer arbitration for promoting player salary negotiations with the club,the NFL and NBA by setting the maximum and minimum wage standard implementation form of salary system,salary cap and the arbitration is both held by the NHL and salary cap system combining thesalary dispute settlement mechanism.The reason for different salary dispute system is due to the formation of different backgrounds,such as the labor union had great effects in the formation of the final-offer arbitration in the MLB,the NFL and NBA,respectively,implementing the combination of "soft" "hard" salary cap system and hard salary cap system mainly because of the important players and the impact of the number of teams in the league is different,the main incentive factors of arbitration and salary cap system combined with in the NHL is due to the rising wages in single salary cap system of the old agreement,othewise the team plummeting revenues.But even the four professional sports league implement different salary dispute settlement mechanism,it still worth our professional sports league learn from.According to current situation of salary dispute in our country and the problems we meet,such as the lack of specific salary dispute system,the absence of labor union organizations,etc,professional sports league in China can be on the premise of perfecting the related system,drawing on the successful experience of American professional sports leagues,and gradually establish a suitable salary dispute system for China's national conditions,to realize the coordinated development of the dispute between clubs and palyers and establish a salary dispute system of the salary cap combination of arbitration.
