With the development of social economy,the surge in the number of lawsuits.The divorce cases in civil cases accounted for an increasingly large proportion.In judicial practice,the court in the process of mediation in divorce cases,accumulated a lot of useful experiences,successfully resolve a lot of family conflicts.However,the divorce case trial of the defendant because,not mediation,appeared a lot of problems difficult to solve.The court default judgment through a case of divorce cases leads,analysis of the existing absence of divorce cases,putting forward some suggestions on perfecting the trial of divorce cases,in order to benefit the judicial practice.
