Research On The Path Of Personality Influence On Post-tramatic Stress Response Of Armed Police Soldiers And The Intervention Strategies

With the progress and development of society,social environment and ecological environment become more and more complex,all kinds of natural disasters and man-made disasters become more and more frequent,the armed police soldiers appear in these scenes to rescue emergency more and more frequently.Although the armed police soldiers have received professional training of the troops,their occupation has a certain degree of particularity,they experienced or witnessed the sudden events much more than ordinary people,so the armed police soldiers are high-risk susceptible groups after traumatic stress.From the psychological point of view,this article explores the relationship among the personality traits,comprehend social support,psychological flexibility,rumination thinking and post-traumatic stress response.Firstly,the related literatures of the predecessors are analyzed,the concepts and characteristics of post-traumatic stress disorder,clinical manifestations,psychological manifestations and physiological manifestations are introduced.The infecting factors of post-traumatic stress response are analyzed,and the psychological aspects are highlighted.Secondly,This article puts forward the relationship between personality traits,social support,psychological flexibility,rumination thinking and post-traumatic stress response,and the theoretical relationship model between these factors is constructed.According to the research design,we conducted a questionnaire survey of 1,000 armed police soldiers in a certain area in northern China.Thirdly,The general level and characteristics of the armed police were analyzed.The armed police soldiers have obvious advantages over the stability of the mental state and spirit,The armed police soldiers have a better understanding of social support and strong psychological flexibility and less ruminant thinking tendencies.The structural equation model is constructed to determine the intermediary utility of personality traits,that is,the effect of personality traits affects post-traumatic stress response though social support,psychological flexibility,riddle thinking.Through the path effect analysis,it is found that rumination and social support are two key factors in the path.Finally,the author puts forward the coping principles of the post-traumatic stress response and the matrix control system of the post-traumatic stress response of the armed police soldiers,and established a post-traumatic stress response safety management system for the armed police.An intervention model was established based on the increase of social support and the reduction of riddle thought.The general methods of posttraumatic stress response intervention and the specific measures for the intervention of armed police soldiers are introduced.
