With the expanding of the scale of higher education in our country,the university students' personal injury accidents occur repeatedly,and the incidence of accidents also grows constantly.After university students' injury accidents happening,in the process of dealing with the accidents,it would be involved the legal responsibilities of school?the students or any other parties and what kinds of legal responsibilities would they take in.According to China's legal provisions currently,there are no detailed provisions for the above problem uniformly,and the relevant provisions of tort are too scattered and also not specific enough.Thus,resolving out these relations is important to deal with the university students' personal injury accidents correctly and to protect the legal rights and interests of the students and to maintain the school' s normal education of teaching orders.This article is divided into five parts altogether.The first part is according to the related theory in defining what is universities,what is university students and what is university students personal injury accidents,and combining with the characteristics of the university students' personal injury accidents to further understand the relevant concepts.The second part is the analysis of the imputation principles of university students' personal injury accidents.The universities according to actual accidents,they will undertake the fault liability,presumption of fault liability,but not apply to no-fault liability.The third part is analyzing the problems of the imputation principle of university students' personal injury accidents,such as lack of special legislation about university students' personal safety,imperfect system of insurance.The fourth part referenced from Japan,Germany,the United States and the Britain,to further improve the university students' injury accident imputation principle system in China.The last part is putting forward the suggestions of solving put the problems in the imputation principle system in China.
