Studies On The Construction Of The Governance Mechanism Of Shaanxi Pension Service Organizations

The development of social economy,the influence of family planning policy in China,Shaanxi has entered an aging society.The decline of physical function of the elderly,the increase of the aging population,the acceleration of population mobility,the weakening of the traditional family pension function,the demand for pension services has aroused great concern in the community and the community.This paper through on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey and other research methods,based on the relevant theoretical basis of social management,according to the characteristics of public pension services,high risk,market competition,the development status of pension services in Shaanxi province and its governance mechanism.For example,Shaanxi province has implemented the policy to encourage the diversification of pension services,full coverage of the development of pension service industry types and functions,and so on.Analysis of the existing governance institutions of Shaanxi province pension services,such as government policy measures put in place,the mechanism of supply and demand imbalance,the government supervision mechanism,endowment insurance mechanism is not perfect and other problems and causes.By learning advanced experience from Germany and the UK foreign pension services,demonstrates the thinking and direction of the development of pension services in Shaanxi Province,such as strengthening the construction of policy and regulation mechanism of pension services in Shaanxi Province,to strengthen the supervision of the pension services,improve the pensioninsurance system.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and ideas of constructing the governance mechanism of Shaanxi pension service institutions.
