The Study Of The Safety Risk Assessment Of The Pension Institutions

With the increasing population of our country,the aging of the population is increasing,the demand for service of the elderly is increasing day by day.Therefore,the scale of our pension institutions is expanding,but because of the development of the pension institutions in our country,The lack of a more mature management system and service system,especially in recent years,pension agencies frequent security incidents,safety management issues have become increasingly prominent,China has no perfect pension evaluation system and evaluation model.Due to the lack of literature on safety risk assessment at home and abroad,the purpose of this paper is to construct the safety risk evaluation index system and evaluation model of the pension institutions,and to provide reference for the safety evaluation and safety management of the pension institutions Tools to reduce the occurrence of security incidents in the pension agencies.On the other hand,it aims to find out the existing problems and loopholes in the existing safety management of the pension institutions on the basis of the feasibility of the research model through empirical research on a pension institution,and put forward feasible suggestions with a view to solving the problems The safety management of the pension agency,and provide a demonstration for the promotion of the safety evaluation model.Based on the analysis of the characteristics and development of the pension agencies,this paper analyzes the present situation of the research on the pension institutions.This paper mainly analyzes the safety accidents,safety of equipment and facilities,safety and quality of personnel and environmental safety,such as fire accidents,stampede accidents,poisoning accidents and other accidents,and so on.Inthis paper,And constructs a set of safety evaluation index system suitable for the pension institutions.The system has four first-level indicators and 26 second-level.Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper constructs a safety risk assessment model of pension institutions based on fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method.The model uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation factor,and uses the Delphi method to determine the weight of the influencing factors at all levels by consulting and multiple scoring and correction of the relevant experts so that the weight of the evaluation factor is more can reflect the actual situation of the overall safety assessment of the pension agencies.Through the empirical study of a pension institution in Xi'an,the model is used to evaluate the safety of the pension institution,and the feasibility of the model is verified and the results are analyzed.It is found that some problems and shortcomings of the pension institutions are combined with the actual situation of the pension institutions and propose a feasibility proposal.
