A Study Of Sino-Soviet Union Military Technology Transfer From The View Of National Interests (1949-1960)

Military technology is closely connected to national interests.The transfer of military technology is also an exchange of national interests.In the complicated international situation in present,we can learn a lot from the history to deal with the interests in military technology transfer.Thus a study of Sino-Soviet Union military technology transfer has an actual significance.To study Sino-Soviet Union military technology transfer in the view of national interests can broaden the horizon in the study of history of Union military technology transfer.Thus it has a theoretical significance.The study of Sino-Soviet Union military technology transfer in 1949-1960 from the view of national interests aims to reveal the contradictions between long term interests and short term,economic and secure national interests,in order to explore solutions to Chinese military technology transfer in current days.The thesis applies methods of comparing,archival documents and case analysis to dissect the gaming in the process of Sino-Soviet Union military technology transfer from dimensions of secure,political and economic national interests.By comparison the gain and loss of China and Soviet Union,we concluded the characteristics and influence of Sino-Soviet Union military technology transfer.Finally,in order to achieve a win-win result in national interests,the thesis proposes the principles of going along with each other,communicating effectively and learning diversely in the transfer of military technology.
