Vocational Requirements System Of Political Instructor

Political instructor is both the organizer of the daily work of company’s party branch and the leader of the political work,who has the duty to fully develop the company,exert the function of party branch as fighting fort,shape the minds of the officers and soldiers,and develop the officers and soldier to talents.The grass-roots are the foundation and energy of the realization of the aim to strengthen our army.The capability of the group of political instructors will directly influence the build quality of the party branch and the realization of the aim to strengthen our army.Since there is no complete system of the vocational requirement of political instructor in our army,the final goal of this research is to investigate how to build and implement this system.The thesis firstly defined the relevant terms about the system of vocational requirement of political instructor,and then illustrated the position and functions of political instructor,the necessity,availability and theoretical basis of the construction of the system of vocational requirement.Next,the thesis analyzed the main problems in the present system of vocational requirement,which include the imperfect setting of standard,the loose rule of certification and the insufficient exerting of functions.The possible reasons of these problems is also explored in the thesis,which are mainly reflected by the lack of attention in mind,the inadequacy of research,and the shortage of actions in practicing.Finally,the thesis pointed out some measures to improve the system of the vocational requirement of political instructor: to further complete the standard of vocational requirement;to detail the steps of the process of certification;and to comprehensively utilize the standard of vocational requirement.
