Assessment On The Effectiveness Of Training Troops Communication System

Training effectiveness evaluation is the last part of training system.With Training Strategy actual needs and military personnel of military development,the role of training evaluation work increasingly prominent.Currently,the military technical personnel training system also gradually improve.In order to build other technical units training system to make a reference,I selected communication skill training as samples,by analyzing its characteristics,to understand its drawbacks,construction of a troop communication systems and technical personnel training effectiveness evaluation system.In this paper,the questionnaire survey is used.By issuing questionnaires,collect informations,get the training status of the current communication technology personnel.Start with the problems and reasons of the training situation,build up a set of training effect evaluation system for training.The steps are: first analysis the main body of the training effect evaluation system and its operation mode,and then use Delphy Method to determine the training effect evaluation system of indicators,then the membership model of training evaluation index is set up by using the method of chromatography analysis,finally,the general evaluation of the training effect is carried out by using the fuzzy analysis method.In the fifth chapter of the paper,The author has carried on the stratification and the overall assessment by the training effect evaluation system of the training effect of the sample unit,draw relevant conclusions,and make a guide to the next training.
