The Study On National Unity Issue Of Southern Xingjiang In A New Period

China is a unified multi-ethnic country.Ethnic issues are important issues which we must deal with to stick and persist to develop socialism with Chinese characteristics.The work on ethnic issues is an important work of the party and people's overall development from beginning to end.In Xinjiang,we have to keep working on national unity,and actively guide all ethnic groups to cherish national unity,like caring for their own eyes,like cherishing our life,in order to ensure realizing the overall goal of social stability and long period of stability.With the support of the national policy and the development of the market economy,the mobility of the ethnic groups is getting frequent,and the communication and contact is increasing day by day.While the economic developing and cultural exchanging of ethnic areas,a number of new situations and new problems are affecting national unity.On the one hand,the chances and opportunities for exchanges and communications between the various ethnic groups in Xinjiang have increased,forming a good situation for all ethnic groups to work together for unity and prosperity.On the other hand,there are many new problems and new contradictions that affect national unity in Xinjiang.It is more difficult to strengthen national unity and maintain social stability and promote economic development than before.Xinjiang is like a board of chess game,and the south of Xinjiang is the “chess eye”.With all our strength to maintain stability in the south of Xinjiang,and further steady the ideological foundation of maintaining national solidarity of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang,is significant to realize the overall goal of social stability and long period of stability.This paper relates and analyzes the present situation of the national unity in Luopu County,summarizing the main reasons and factors that affect the national unity of Luopu County in a long term.First of all,due to the history and other reasons,the social has certain particularity,complexity and severity.How to promote national unity,and to furtherunite the national power,is the practical need of long period social stability.Secondly,because of the unrest political situation in neighboring countries of Xinjiang and hostile forces at home and abroad,a small group of religious fanatics under the guise of religion keeping disrupt the hard-won happy life of masses of ethnic groups in southern Xinjiang constantly,which have a huge effect on national unity of Xinjiang.Through a systematic research on the ethnic relations status of Luopu County,put forward some targeted opinions and suggestions,providing some suggestions for future work in the southern areas of national unity.In the layout,the first chapter of the paper interprets the connotation from academic world on the basic concept and national unity.Secondly,it summarizes the basic theory of national unity policy,the policy of national equality and national unity,the system of regional ethnic autonomy,the economic policies of ethnic regions and the religious policies in ethnic areas.The second chapter elaborates the problems and the present situation of Luopu county national unity.Mainly talking about the implementation of government policies and organization construction work of national unity in the lack of economic development,unbalanced development of national unity relationship constraints,social environment's effect on national unity and the influence of education on national unity.The third chapter mainly uses the questionnaire survey method and interview method,on-the-spot investigation method and some other methods to research the present situation that is affecting national unity relations,summing up the reasons why national unity is being influenced and disrupted.Analyze through the studying on cadre training and policy advocacy,economical backwardness,social environmental factors and education practice.The fourth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the present situation of the national unity in Luopu county.Firstly,we must earnestly pay special attention to the grassroots cadres team construction,strengthen the ideological and political education of grassroots cadres,vigorously train and appoint ethnic minorities cadres,strengthen the organization and leadership and pay close attention to the implementation of the work.The second is the mutual promoting of construction of people's livelihood and national unity and regional economic development,strongly carry out poverty alleviation and accelerating rural infrastructure construction,adjusting the economic structure of the county,the development of the third industry andstrengthen the city construction and the introduction of talents and capital.Thirdly,by improving the social environment to provide good social basis for national unity;the last is to promote national unity education development by following measures,in the field of education and teaching,promote professional development of teachers by training,editing and using education materials of national unity,break through the language barrier,etc.
