So,in Chapter II of the article,and highlights the current situation of judicature and the problems of the Civil Execution Hearing Procedure.In analyzing the necessity of our civil execution of hearing,with problem in practice a number of issues emerging,Chapter III is mainly from the proposal to adjust scope of our hearing system,establishment of seperation of execution sanction mechanisms,prevention the parties from abuse of specific hearing civil execution procedures,to improve the decision system of major system and the establishment of evidence rules of civil execution hearing system.
