In our country,null and void juristic acts are determined in principle,but in judicial practice,this absolute system of null and void juristic acts have a lot of disadvantages.They damage the balance of the autonomy of the parties and social public interest.What's more they affect the operation of the economic society seriously.Therefore,in order to promote the rapid economic and social development,and to protect the autonomy of the parties,there are absolutely to study on null and void juristic acts from the principle of encouragement of transactions and protecting transaction security.So we need some mitigation devices to remedy the null and void juristic acts.One of the mitigation devices is transitions of null and void juristic act.At the beginning of the thesis,we talk about the theoretical basis of transitions of null and void juristic act.And we analyze the concept of transitions of null and void juristic act,at the same time,we introduce the origin and other countries' legislation of transitions of null and void juristic act.Then we discuss the construction of transitions of null and void juristic act,and compare the related concepts.Finally,the thesis throw out many suggestions that establish transitions of null and void juristic act in our country.In the forthcoming of the Civil Code of our country,we can learn from and absorb the foreign legal system of transitions of null and void juristic act.More importantly,we should verify and reform transitions of null and void juristic act constantly.At last we establish transitions of null and void juristic act which is consistent with our national condition,and which is impeccable.Achieving the goal of promote the rapid economic and social development,and to protect the autonomy of the parties...
