Several Legal Issues In The Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Policy Financial Research

Small and medium-sized enterprises is an important driving force for the development of national economy,and its financing problem has always been the focus of attention of all countries in the world and is the concern of all levels of government.Strengthening financial support for SME policy finance is conducive to the development of society as a whole.It is an effective way for many governments to respect the financing problem.In this paper,through a large number of access to information and comparative analysis,first of all,the theory and legislation of small and medium enterprises were sorted out,analysis of small and medium-sized enterprise policy-related financial lack of law,system is not perfect,strict supervision of the legislative status Secondly,from the perspective of the choice of small and medium-sized enterprise policy financial institutions,the fund management system and the credit guarantee and credit rating legal system of small and medium-sized enterprises,this paper analyzes the lack of specialized small and medium-sized enterprise policy banks.The legal system of SME policy fund management is imperfect,The financial mechanism of the credit guarantee institution is not perfect,the credit management system of the SME is not perfect,and the rating result is not true and so on.The credit management system of the credit guarantee system is not perfect and the credit management system is not perfect.problem.Finally,in view of the above problems,it is proposed to set up the policy banks of small and medium-sized enterprises,introduce the "SME Fund Law",formulate the "SME Credit Guarantee Law" and the credit law Rating agencies,the development of financial accounting system constraints SME credit rating agencies and other suggestions to help small and medium enterprises to weather the storm.
