With the specialization of social division of labor and the diversification of trade patterns,consumers and operators as buyers and sellers are becoming more uneven on the degree of mastering information of goods and services.In view of this,all countries confirm the consumers' right to know by enacting relevant laws,these laws also can regulate the operators' duty to inform.This is the intervention of the public power to ease the information imbalance to ensure that the consumer contract to achieve substantial justice.In order to better safeguard the rights and interests of consumers,China in 2014 implement the newly revised "Consumer Protection Law",which involves a number of provisions of obligations of the operators' duty to inform,which is legislative progress.but in real life,there are still many problems of China's system of operators' duty to inform.Based on the analysis of the basic problems of the operators' obligations to inform,this paper analyzes the present situation of the operators' obligations to inform in China,and then points out the problems of the system of this obligations in our country.Then,by drawing lessons from the rules of the other counties,writers provide some suggestions to perfect China' system of this obligation in order to achieve better protection of both consumers' and operators' rights and interests,and promote the benign development of economy and society.
