One of the thirty-six stratagems of Sun Zi Warcraft is Honey-trap.In nowadays words,it is what we call the sexual bribery,which is not uncommon in today's society and implacable hatred.Up to now,in Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China there is no provision as punishment for the sexual bribery,and we mainly deal with the sexual bribery by Party's regulations and moral standards.This paper will discuss the question of the criminalization of the sexual bribery.In the first part of the paper,the author outlines and defines the sexual bribery and sets forth the features of the sexual bribery.The author also depicts the differences of the sexual bribery and its similar behavior which occurs in our real life while in the second part,the author lists some legislations of the sexual bribery at home and abroad.In this part,the author mainly lists for us the sexual bribery legislations of Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan District of China and those of some countries of Asia and Europe as well.Hence the author draws a conclusion that the sexual bribery is criminal.In the following part,the author expresses the necessities and feasibilities of the criminalization of the sexual bribery.The author introduces the main disputes and opinions of the criminalization of the sexual bribery in today's academic circle.The author also stresses the urgency of the sexual bribery legislation and the feasibilities of the criminalization of the sexual bribery in the part.In the end the author describes for the sexual bribery legislation the modes,the proposals of measurements of penalty for the sexual bribery.The author proposes that bribery be not only confined to money and property in current criminal laws and that it be widely understood and applied.As for the sexual bribery,the measurements of penalty mainly depends upon its ‘plot'.
