| The Crime of Trafficking in Women and Children has been discussed for many times.In this paper,the author will analyses some problems about it and give some advices of its amendment.Firstly,object of crime,legal interest and act of perpetrating about this crime will be expounded in the first chapter.The author thinks that the object of this crime is unjustified and the legal interest here is victims’ dignity of human personality.This crime’s act of perpetrating are inveigling and trafficking,the effect of second paragraph is a warning.Furthermore,the author points out that the victim’s will has nothing to do with the practicing and the theory in practice that regard the help behaviors as act of perpetrating is Infeasible.In the second chapter,the author analyses about the cognizance of this crime.The author thinks that the symbol of this crime’s accomplished offense is that the victims have been sold out,no matter what form the crime is.Fellowship in crime can be constituted before the victims are sold out.In the last chapter,the author give some advices to this crime about its imperfections.It’s that the crime sill should be changed into The Crime of Trafficking in People and modifying the meaning of child is needed. |
