Research On The Legislation Of Copyright Crime In Network Environment

The popularity and development of the Internet has profoundly changed the way we produce and live.But also because of the opening of the network,the modern society is faced with challenges that have never been before.With the development of technology,especially the advent of the Internet era,how to face the new requirements of the social development of copyright infringement in our country will be a long-term problem worthy of study.In this paper,the author discusses some problems in the legislation of copyright infringement under the network environment,and puts forward some problems in the legislation.This thesis consists of three chapters.In the first chapter,the author introduces the background of the crime of copyright infringement in our country,and hopes that the readers can have a general understanding.In the second chapter,this paper mainly introduces the legislative provisions of the crime of copyright infringement in our country and the existing problems and reasons.In the third chapter,this paper introduces how the international conventions and other countries or regions to deal with the impact of the new type of copyright infringement crime in the development of the network.And the third chapter,combined with foreign legislation,puts forward the problem of copyright protection in the network environment,and puts forward some problems that can not be avoided in the process of revising the criminal law.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions and directions in the third chapter.
