Since China's reform and opening-up,the foreign-related cases are increasing in numbers and degrees.Meanwhile,the threats that transnational crimes brought to the country and citizens' life and property security is on the rise.As one of the most effective ways in investigating foreign-related cases,international police cooperation gives a strong indication of impact that it is irreplaceable in terms of international community.What concerns every national security and police departments is how to apply international police cooperation when it comes to their own safety and interests.In China,more researches in this respect still need to be done,not only from the theoretical level,but also from the practice of public security,to striving to explore to set a basis for china's international police cooperation.In this study,the author uses the interdisciplinary research methods: adopting relevant theories in anthropomorphism in psychology to evaluate the effectiveness of our country in international police cooperation through a new perspective.The innovation of this research lies in the study of international police cooperation in anthropomorphism and regards bilateral or multilateral countries participating in police cooperation as human beings.Through the study of the theory of interpersonal communication in social psychology,the cooperative interests and cooperative relations in international police cooperation have been discussed.This paper is divided into three sections.The first section contains two aspects.Firstly,the author discusses the anthropomorphism,its Three-Factors Theory and the related concepts of international police cooperation.The fit of anthropomorphism and international police cooperation is also being discussed.Secondly,establishing the feasibility of anthropomorphism to the study of international police cooperation.In the second section,this paper is introducing and modeling Social Exchange Theory,Interactionism and Similarity and Complementarity theory in interpersonal communication in social psychology to analyzes the interests obtained,the establishment and the maintenance of cooperative relations,and connecting practice with the reasonability of the models,taking Interpol in the multilateral police cooperation,Shanghai Cooperation Organization in the regional politics and the bilateral police cooperation in Russia as examples,respectively.Lastly,this study proposes expectations in China's future international police cooperation from three different angles through the analysis of the results of the models.
