In recent years,infrared imaging technology has been widely used in various fields,especially in the field of security,which makes up for the shortage of ordinary visible light monitoring equipment.Due to the wide application prospect and the development of semiconductor manufacturing technology,thermal imaging technology is developing rapidly,becoming more affordable,smaller and more reliable.Based on the research of basic theory of infrared imaging and the influencing factors of image quality,this paper improves imaging circuit and design thermal imaging system with FPGA.The main work and innovation of this paper are as follows:The driving circuit,especially the DC bias,which is the key technology of infrared imaging,is the key to the imaging quality.This paper chooses UL03162 as the uncooled IRFPA.After studying the problem of noise in driver circuit,use the reference voltage chip with a resistor divider and two order RC filter to design of the bias voltage circuit,which characterized as high precision and low noise.The RMS noise of DC bias meet the requirements of detectors.Analog digital video signal is converted to 14 bit digital signal by AD9240.Finish the driver circuit and tested.On the comparison of various design schemes,the EP4CE22F17C8 N series FPGA chip of Cyclone series is chosen as the system processor,DDR2 SDRAM is used as the off chip memory,and LCD is used as the monitor.Using multiple FIFO to complete the data read to improve the efficiency of DDR2.And using Altera own IP core and custom IP module,design IP Core to complete the detector timing drive,digital video signal reception,DDR2 control and LCD display.Finally,after schematic and PCB design by Altium Designer,we manufactured the production and debug,build a high quality,low noise,stable and reliable hardware platform for the subject of image processing research.
