Research On The Application Of Grid Management In Community Policing

Community is the microcosm of the society,as well as an important carrier and platform to social management.What is of great importance to strengthen public security prevention and control power and carry out basic public security work is community policing work,the significant point of community management and the basis of social security administration.In recent years,with the rapid development of market economy,conflicts of interests among social groups rapidly increase,leading to challenges of social security situation and community policing work.Grid management as a new mode of social management,it could realize the urban linkage,resource sharing.Meanwhile,the application of grid management to community policing work,would effectively solve the disadvantages of the former community policing model,making many community groups participate in the construction of community policing work.Afterwards,it could improve management of the floating population,disputes conciliation,correct support,the effect of the comprehensive law enforcement,public crime prevention.With methods of archival research,field trips and investigation,the writer firstly analyze community policing work and grid management in theory,exploring the feasibility of the grid management applied to community policing work.Then use Qinghe District in Huaian City as an example to learn the running mode of grid management in community policing work and the efficiency.After that,existing problems of grid management would be analyzed and the author will explore the useful way to solve these problems and study the construction of community policing guarantee mechanism of grid management.Through theses researches,what is expected is to improve the community police work and make people satisfied with the government.
