The demand for pension services is increasing and the pattern is becoming more diversified with the accelerated pace of aging.However,the elderly electronic health record is not perfect.It lacks data specification and cannot share the health information of the elderly among the various pension patterns.Therefore,the standardized management of the elderly data becomes important particularly.In this paper,we design and implement the elderly electronic health record system oriented to the pension service.We will establish electronic health records data model for pension services,put forward the data integration and sharing scheme based on the data model,construct the elderly health analysis model based on Naive Bayes and Logistic Regression,design the key modules and implement the electronic health record system oriented to the pension service.The main work includes the following aspects:Firstly,we put forward the standardization requirement of electronic health record oriented to the pension service aiming at the lack of standardized management of the elderly's records.And the electronic health record data model for pension services is constructed.We collect health data items from different organizations,abstract the concept,standardized the attributes,and normalize the range of attributes through range codes.The data model will guide the establishment of database and implementtation of the systemSecondly,we put forward the scheme of health data integration and sharing based on the data model aiming at the lack of interconnection between the pension and the health care.It is necessary to design the public Web API and specifies the format of the returned data according to data model so as to solve semantic heterogeneity.Access control is implemented through user,menu and role maintenance to prevent unauthorized access to health information of the elderly.Thirdly,we construct the elderly health analysis model based on Naive Bayes and Logistic Regression aiming at the lack of pertinence for chronic diseases.The specific attributes of the elderly are extracted through Logistic Regression method.The models are optimized through adding specific attributes of the elderly.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity are used to evaluate models.The experimental results show that the Naive Bayes is better.Finally,the database is designed according to the electronic health record data model for pension services.The elderly electronic health record system oriented to the pension service is implemented.The portal website is implemented using the scheme of health data integration and sharing,and elderly health analysis function is implemented using the elderly health analysis model based on Naive Bayes.We test the key functions and performance of the system using black box testing and white box testing.
