Investigation On Administration By Law Of Shuangtaizi District Government Of Panjin

Administration by law is that state organs and their staff manage the political,economic,cultural and social affairs within the scope of authority given by the laws and regulations.With the development of legal civilization,the higher requirements are put forward to the administration by law.As the most important cornerstone of the existing administrative system in our country,district government,facing the social contradictions,responsible to the people,is the ultimate implementers to rule the country by law and the front line to administrate by law,to safeguard social public interests and order.Only when the district government administrate by law,can we build the legal government and legal country,construct harmonious society and safeguard the interests of the masses.In order to research administration by law of the Shuangtaizi District government,the status of it was deeply investigated and analyzed,evaluated scientifically.A detailed combing are made to analyze the matters appearing in the process of the administration by law,then causes are found and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.First of all,questionnaires and interview outline are designed on the basis of references about administration by law policies in such government departments as district,city,province,and international issue references.Secondly,status of administration by law in Shuangtaizi district is invested,some problems are found,for example,decision-making is not perfect,administrative by law is not standardized,and administrative supervision is not enough.The reasons are pinpointed from the aspects of policy,law enforcement environmental and supervision mechanism.Finally,according to the interview,some countermeasures to promote the administration by law in Shuangtaizi district are got from the following three aspects,which are the administration by law system innovation,improving the administrative ability of cadres,increasing administrative supervision and accountability.
