The Research On Interrogating Power Of The Police Of China

In practice,there is often an infringement to people in the process of police's exercising interrogating power,with the improvement of the consciousness of right,people pay more and more attention to the occurrence and the result of this kind of cases.The police have the power to exercise the interrogation,but the improper use of the interrogating power won't only cause serious harm to the lawful rights and interests of the criminal suspects and the general public,but also seriously damage the law enforcement authority of the police,it will bring a huge obstacle to the maintenance of social stability and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.And how to regulate the interrogating power,to protect the security of the police and maintain social stability at the same time,to avoid violations of civil rights,is precisely this concern.Based on the analysis of the discourse theory of interrogating power,this paper analyzes the irregularities in the infringement cases,and points out the embarrassing situation and problems existing in the system of interrogating power in our country.Through the research and analysis of the system of interrogating power of foreign countries,the author sums up the advantages of system of the foreign interrogating power.Finally,through the summary,put forward the suggestions on improving the interrogating power of China.
