An Empirical Analysis Of Female Crimes Caused By Domestic Violence

Since the beginning of civilization,women turn to an important link between the family and the society,which has played an important role in the development of social harmony stability.However,the number of domestic violence is not only a serious threat to women's life,but also by the reasons of female crime.Research on domestic violence at present Chinese Literature Search circles for domestic violence triggered by the female crime field mainly focus on the theoretical level,according to the analysis of specific cases and few statistics system,this paper randomly selected Chinese Judgements Online announced the real case 105 cases have been closed caused by family violence in female crime,the use of empirical analysis,system analysis sum up,found that women in the age of the accused in the youth atage,education focused on high school education,mostly unemployed or farming,after the incident have surrendered and truthfully confessed the performance,show that this kind of crime is different from other intentional crime particularity,showing the boject of crime targeted social features less harmful.To analyze the characteristics as well as the crime person,in the case of female discourse caused the specific performance of the crime because of family violence.For the conviction and sentencing suggestions are put forward on the condition of light punishment sentencing at the same time,aiming at the particularity of the battered women's crime,put forward targeted and feasibility of sentencing recommendations.
