Economic Responsibility Audit And Corruption Governance

The C hinese government has always put anti-corruption issues in the focus of work,and the economic responsibility audit is one of the main methods of prevention and control of corruption.The financial audit responsibility is of great significance to strengthen economic governance,the honest consciousness of Party and government leading cadres and prevent cure corruption.But the economic responsibility audit is limited by the large design and difficult to obtain evidence and other factors,in the definition of the responsibility of the audited leading cadres and the use of audit results and other deficiencies.This paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant theories of economic responsibility audit and corruption governance,and concludes the development process of C hinese economic responsibility audit and the requirements of local government's corruption.Taking the DW area as an example,this paper discusses the vital role of economic responsibility audit in the prevention and cure of corruption and the problems of economic responsibility audit.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly depicts the writing frame of the thesis as a whole.The second part mainly describes the theory of economic responsibility audit and corruption governance.This part lays the theoretical foundation for the later.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of local government economic responsibility audit and corruption governance.This part mainly introduces the economic responsibility audit of the local government leading cadres and the requirements on local government governance and analyzes the important role of economic responsibility audit in preventing and managing corruption.The fourth and fifth part is based on DW area as an example to analyze the local government Party and leading cadres of economic responsibility audit situation.This paper analyzes the problems,causes and solutions of economic responsibility audit in leading cadres of Party and government.The sixth part is the conclusion of the study.The author believes that the establishment of a scientific and unified economic responsibility audit evaluation index system and promote the full coverage of economic responsibility audit,so as to give full play to the role of economic responsibility audit in corruption governance,is still the direction of research for some time in the future.
